Sandy Duffy - President
Our board president, lawyer Sandy Duffy, a former law clerk to a federal judge, a litigation specialist, and an expert in municipal law -- serves as a lawyer for the County Attorney’s Office of Multnomah County, Oregon. Sandy has testified before the Burton subcommittee of the United States Congress. She has been a key lawyer, pro bono, on virtually every project of Consumers for Dental Choice from the outset. She spearheaded the campaign to abolish the gag rule, securing opinions from the Attorneys General of two states that it is unconstitutional. Sandy is a founding member of Consumers for Dental Choice North West, our Oregon-Washington affiliate.
Mark A. Breiner, DDS
Practicing biological mercury-free dentistry in Orange, Connecticut and co-founder of The Center for the Healing Arts, Breiner is also author of Whole-Body Dentistry:Discover The Missing Piece to Better Health, introducing how your mouth is an indicator of overall health and a link to illness that can attack other parts of the body.

dentistry for 21 years, currently in Livermore, California.
David Kennedy, DDS
Dr. David C. Kennedy of San Diego, who has practiced dentistry for more than 30 years, is founder of Preventive Dental Health Association (www.Saveteeth.org) and the Past President of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), which was formed to review, support, and disseminate research on the suitability of materials and methodologies used in the dental practice. He has lectured to dentists, physicians and other health professionals all over the world on the subjects of preventive dental health, mercury toxicity, and fluoride. He is the author of the book How To Save Your Teeth with toxic free preventive dentistry that provides instruction and insight for both professionals and the layman on how to provide and receive toxic-free dentistry. Recently he produced the Smoking Teeth = Poison Gas documentary that highlights the 20 years of pivotal medical research funded by IAOMT into the impact of mercury from dental amalgams.
Patrick Sullivan Jr.
Co-founder and President of Jigsaw Health, the leading resource for chronic conditions. Patrick's father, Pat Sullivan (co-founder and CEO of Jigsaw Health, author of "Wellness Piece by Piece") has struggled for thirty years with recurrent bouts of insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, and gastrointestinal issues. Pat's research has led him to the conclusion that the fourteen mercury amalgams in his mouth played a significant role with his own chronic health conditions. Patrick Jr. is an active advocate in the effort to remove mercury from dentistry and medicine.
Sue Ann Taylor
A founder of Consumers for Dental Choice and independent filmmaker and producer of television
programs for 15 years, Sue Ann has been an inspirational driving force of CDC's endeavors to
have the use of mercury banned in dentistry. Both she and her son suffered with the effects of
mercury from dental fillings.
