The Ohio chapter of Consumers for Dental Choice has asked Governor Ted Strickland to appoint mercury-free dentists Bill Westendorf of Cincinnati and Terry Messerman of Cleveland to the dental board. This scandal-ridden board protects the ADA / ODA monopoly of power and covers up the mercury in amalgam from Ohio consumers.
Governor Strickland is one of the most promising new Governors; in his first day in office, he vetoed a bill that would have stripped victims of lead poisoning from paint of their legal rights. Our effort is being led by Jessica Kerger, Esq., chapter counsel, from Toledo, and Donna Carver, L.P.N., chapter vice-president, from Morrow County.
