MINUTE ORDER: Given plaintiff Karen Palmer's retainer agreement with counsel, as well as the correspondence between plaintiff and Charles Brown, and plaintiff's lack of objection until after the fact of settlement, the Court will deny the motion to vacate the settlement because Brown had the necessary authority to settle, and the settlement was eminently reasonable, especially given the fact that it achieved more than would have been attainable via the lawsuit.
